Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing PHICOMM product. The Company would provide below mentioned Warranty to all it’s customers against any manufacturing defect subject to the condition device has been bought through an authorized channel.
Wi-Fi Router      36 (Thirty six) months
Charger              6 (Six) months

Terms & Conditions

1. Run Services Infocare Pvt. Ltd. and it’s associates have been authorized by the Company to undertake all after sales issues.

The warranty period shall be calculated from the date of first purchase by a customer for personal use. Any subsequent sales of the pre-owned device would not attract any additional warranty period.

3. The warranty policy covers
    (i) Any manufacturing defect
    (ii) Any workmanship and material defect
    (iii)Any Software update within the warranty period

4. The warranty policy does not cover
    (i) Normal wear and tear
    (ii) Damages due to food or liquid being spilled on the device
    (iii) Voltage fluctuations
    (iv) Scratch or damage on the plastic or metal exterior parts due to normal customer use

5. The warranty would be void in case
    (i) Device has been used in outdoor environmental conditions.
    (ii) Misuse, abuse, negligence by the customer.
    (iii) Breakage due to any kind of accident.
    (iv) Opening of the device by any unauthorized personnel.
    (v) Serial number mentioned on the device is defaced or removed.

The customer shall furnish the original invoice with full details of the retailer / dealer/ Internet Service Provider/E-commerce Portal bearing the Serial number and date of purchase of the device as proof of purchase at the service center to avail the warranty services.

7. The warranty is provided on ‘carry in’ basis. The customer would drop & pickup the device from the nearest authorized service center.
