Terms & Conditions

PHICOMM provides a warranty to all their customers against any manufacturing defect (subject to the condition the device was bought through the authorized channel).
Wi-Fi/Wired Router Warranty Period: 24 Months

1. The warranty period shall be calculated from the date of purchase by the front-end customer. Any subsequent sales of the pre-owned device will not increase the warranty period.

2. The warranty policy covers:
(i) Any functional defect
(ii) Any workmanship and material defect

3. The warranty policy does not cover:
(i) Normal wear and tear
(ii) Damages due to food or liquid being spilled on the device
(iii) Voltage fluctuations
(iv) Scratches or damage to the plastic or metal exterior due to normal customer use

4. The warranty will be void in such cases as:
(i) Misuse, abuse, or negligence by the customer
(ii) Breakage due to any kind of accident
(iii) Opening of the device by unauthorized personnel
(iv) Serial number on the device is defaced of removed

5. If the issue can be fixed over the phone, or if more information is needed from the customer, PHICOMM engineers will call back within 24 hours to clarify.
