Terms & Conditions

The Company would provide the below mentioned Warranty to all it's customers against any manufacturing defect subject to the condition the device has been bought through the authorized channel.
Wi-Fi/Wired Router 12 (Twelve) months

1. The warranty period shall be calculated from the date of purchase by the first end customer. Any subsequent sales of the pre-owned device would not attract any additional warranty period.

2. The warranty policy covers
(i) Any functional defect.
(ii) Any workmanship and material defect.

3. The warranty policy does not cover.
(i) Normal wear and tear.
(ii) Damages due to food or liquid being spilled on the device.
(iii) Voltage fluctuations.
(iv) Scratch or damage on the plastic or metal exterior parts due to normal customer use.

4. The warranty would be void in case.
(i) Misuse, abuse, negligence by the customer.
(ii) Breakage due to any kind of accident.
(iii) Opening of the device by any unauthorized personnel.
(iv) Serial number on the device is defaced of removed.

5. If the problem can be fixed over the phone or if more information is needed, PHICOMM engineers would call back within 24 hours to clarify.
